Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Because our products are made to order and/or perishable, please contact us immediately if you want to cancel.

  • If preparation has not started, we may be able to cancel and refund you.
  • If preparation has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Problems with an order

Please contact us as soon as possible if:

  • your order is not delivered
  • items are missing
  • items are incorrect
  • food quality is not satisfactory

We may request photos and order details to investigate. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, full/partial refund, or store credit (with your agreement).

3. Delivery issues caused by incorrect details

If you provide an incorrect address, cannot be reached, or cannot accept delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refund times depend on your bank/payment provider.
