2. These terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and any orders placed through our online ordering service (including delivery and collection). By placing an order, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.

3. Products, menu information and allergens

We prepare food in environments where allergens are present. Menu descriptions and allergen information are provided for guidance only and may change.

If you have an allergy or intolerance, you must contact us before ordering to confirm suitability. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.

4. Products and pricing

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Menu items, options, deals and prices may change at any time.
  • Images are for illustration only. Actual presentation may vary.
  • If we discover an error in pricing or description after you order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or receive a refund.

5. Ordering process

You can add items to your basket and pay at checkout. After you place an order, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and/or email confirmation (where provided).

We accept your order when we confirm it (for example, by starting preparation or confirming the order status). We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including item unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions, or system errors.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

7. Delivery and collection times

Times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to demand, traffic, weather or other factors. We will do our best to meet estimated times but do not guarantee exact delivery/collection times.

8. Delivery address and instructions

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and any access instructions. If you provide incorrect details, we may be unable to deliver and you may still be charged.

9. Cancellations (before preparation)

Because our food is made to order, please contact us immediately if you want to cancel. If preparation has not started, we may be able to cancel and refund you. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Refunds (summary)

Refunds are generally only offered where an order is not delivered, an item is missing/incorrect, the food is not of satisfactory quality, or we cancel your order. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, codes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

12. Website availability and acceptable use

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the ordering system.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

14. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
